FB Simply Strong — Strength-Forward Training is Coming April 26th!
Hello everyone!
Just like the name implies FB Simply Strong is strength-forward and designed to help you improve your strength and build muscle capacity.
You can expect a mix of 3 strength-only days (lower, upper, total body) complemented by one short HIIT workout and one active recovery routine (cardio/core/mobility) each week. Workout lengths average between 33 and 38 minutes of in-training time, increasing slightly over the 4 weeks. The program's difficulty progressively builds from Level 3 to Level 5 as you advance your weights and adapt to new formatting.
The full program launches on April 26th! But mark your calendars for April 19th. We’re releasing a full program PREVIEW allowing you to dive deeper into all 20 new workouts and add the program to your calendar.
