No Equipment HIIT Workout Under 25 Minutes

You’ll start with a short warm-up to get your body moving, then jump into intervals that combine cardio bursts with core work. Think jumping jacks, skater hops, squat jumps, and plank variations, all paired to keep things moving without overcomplicating it.

The format is straightforward: 30 seconds of work, followed by rest so you can reset and go again. You’ll repeat the circuit once, giving you a chance to feel more confident and push a little harder the second time through.

The final section focuses on mobility to bring your heart rate down and open up your hips and hamstrings after all the jumping and core work.
