Super Slow

Has anyone experimented with this kind of strength training? I did a full body...10 seconds down 10 seconds up to failure, which ended up being 5 to 10 reps depending on the exercise. And just one exercise per muscle. I think I liked it! I'm not gassed but muscles are shaky! Just looking to gain more muscle so I'm switching things up. Please share your experiences!
