HKS (Healthy, Kind Support) Accountability Group March 24th
Good Tuesday morning!
What will make today a great day for you? It could be something as simple as eating your favourite food, or reading a great book, or a workout you are looking forward to, or spending time outside, or wrapping up a project at work. For me, it will be eating peanut butter toast with a banana. Truly one of my favourite breakfasts.
I will be spending the next two days at a district meeting, and we have a team supper tonight to end day 1, so it will be a very long day. On the upside, because two of my district managers decided to hold their meeting on the same date, I won’t have to drive north of Montréal to attend the other one, because I had already committed to attending the one that’s 5 minutes away from my house.
I won’t have the chance to go for a walk or exercise today, as my day will start early and end late. I signed up for a walking challenge at work that will run in April. The goal will be to walk an average of 7000 steps per day. Doable in April, when sidewalks are clear and it’s not -30°C outside. Our evening walk last night was so enjoyable because of that.
