Monday at HKS (with added Pals), March 23rd πŸŒ‡πŸ°πŸ“–πŸ‡πŸ¦πŸΏοΈπŸ¦¨

Hello Blendfriends, welcome to our Healthy, Kind Support post for today. Everyone is welcome to read and post here!

It's Monday morning and my good news for today is that we didn't get too much ice on the sidewalks. Will be headed to the office shortly and I didn't really feel like wearing crampons. So I'll be able to enjoy the walk - we're even getting a little sun today! And on that, I will remind you to β€œAlways try to keep a patch of sky above your life.” (Marcel Proust) And for those of you looking for a nice read, yesterday I read "Raising Hare: A Memoir" by Chloe Dalton. A beautiful and gentle reflection overflowing with nature and wildlife. I would love to see hares around here; but we do have plenty of squirrels, skunks and raccoons. I should probably just be thankful that my summer garden doesn't get devoured. Seed starting went pretty well. Broccoli, 3 kinds of kale, aubergines, sweet and hot peppers, along with 10 kinds of tomatoes (I got a little carried away) are sown and should be poking out in a week or so.

I saw yesterday that a few of you will be starting the new 'Step & sculpt' routine! I'll wait a little bit before starting: I'm halfway through my 4-week routine and I like the workouts I have scheduled at the moment. Today's is UB with Daniel.

Wishing you all a great start to the week!
