It’s going to be a beautiful day here today a high in the mid 90°’s (33-34°C). We’ve totally skipped spring and went straight to summer and I’m not mad about that! So tell me all the things - weather report, wo, resting, stretching, volunteering, plastic stuff, pickle balling …just throw it all in here. You know we want to know!
Personally I’m going to do a total body strength thing…After some sleeping and coffee slurping and fiddle fartin around. Then maybe some walking. And reading of course! And eating! At the moment, since I’m just going to bed and am brain dead, i have no idea what that will be!
I do not have a question or interesting tidbit. I do have an IRRITATION! Somebody is driving their golf cart through my front yard . And maybe a stroller? It’s been happening for weeks and it’s leaving little ruts in my yard. We live on a corner and they’re cutting the corner short and cutting through my yard. I think it’s just one golf cart of kids that drive on the sidewalk over to another street most likely to hang with friends. I’ve put those utility flags up along there. You know those little flags on a wire that says “gas line” or “water lines”. (had some in the garage from when they marked some lines last year and just hadn’t thrown them away). But I came home tonight and there are fresh tracks . Just irritates me. I don’t want to be that grumpy old person yelling “get off my lawn” to all the neighborhood kids! So I was trying a passive aggressive thing with the flags . Maybe decorative rocks? Or yellow caution tape strung across there ? Idk. Or maybe follow them to their home ( if I can catch them in h the act) and start doing the same right through their front yard?!? I’d love to do that and see how they like it!! Although I don’t have a stroller or golf cart or even a bike I can ride through whoever’s yard! I may be sitting in my front yard in a lawn chair this weekend and make them dodge me!
