Heya Blendies, and happy Friday! What are you getting into today?

My youngest will be at a church youth conference/competition all day long, where he will be competing with a drum solo as well as playing with a band made up of other teenagers from church. He’s so excited, and I’m excited to see him play! Hence, no workout for me.

Are you working out today? Or maybe you’re in need of a rest day or some light stretching?

Any good food happening at your place? Not at mine, ha! Just sandwiches.
