In the Fall of 2024 I set the goal that I would be able to do a full pull-up by the end of 2025. While I actually managed to do that I'm not really sure where to go from here. I can only do like two pull ups at a time and would really like to do more but it is not a goal as motivating as to be able to do any at all. I'm still woking on it with negatives and what not but it feels very unstructured and boring.
Long story short: I would really love a workout like Nicoles recent push-up challenge but for pull-ups! I think this would help to keep the motivation high and I would have something to work towards and improve again. Pull-ups and the according lat work are generally content that is comparatively rare in the FB library so far. I'm sure anyone working towards a full pull-up would also benefit from this :)
