We're excited to announce the launch of our brand new, full 4-Week FB Step & Sculpt Walking Workout Program this Sunday! 🚨 This program is built around a dynamic collection of walking workouts inspired by basic steps, but designed to be more engaging and fun than traditional walking.

Here’s what you need to know about the FB Step & Sculpt Program:
A 4-Week Walking Program Supplemented with Strength Training

  • Duration: 4 Weeks
  • Daily Time Commitment: Average 35 Minutes (Min. 17, Max. 51)
  • Difficulty: 3/5
  • Focus: Total Body conditioning, targeting Upper Body, Core, and Lower Body.
  • Training Styles Included: Cardiovascular, Low Impact, Strength Training, Toning, Pilates, Yoga, Balance/Agility, Barre, and Mobility.
  • Equipment: Dumbbell, Mat

Program Structure: A Balanced Approach

  1. Walking Workouts (3x/week): These form the core of the program and offer a fun, semi-rhythmic way to condition your body, levate your heart rate, involve the entire body through multidirectional movements, and engage your brain without being draining.
  2. Strength Training (2x/week): Two strength sessions are scheduled each week between the walking workouts to ensure a comprehensive, total-body training approach.
