Hi! Lately I started doing high impact HIIT as my next fitness goal and it goes slowly and with mental pain. Depending on the day I sometimes take extended breaks between HIIT exercises to do all rounds as intended or I just swap them with low impact options to catch a breath but keep moving. So I wonder if any of these two is a better way to progress or it doesn't really matter? Or maybe you have other suggestions?
