75 soft day 2 16/3/26 not perfect but still very good
Hi lovely beings
I Started my day at 5am after a full night sleep.
I did intuitive writing 3 pages as a side thing that I am doing now that Is not included as part of the meditation but... I wish it was lol.
Today I did my go to workout to me its a classic: 32 minute Home Cardio Workout with No Equipment - Calorie Blasting Cardio Training.
I am a phone addict and so the rest of the day was not so great and not so bad.
I went to work
At work it feels like theres not a lot to do for an addict ADD being like me it isnt good
I kept on pushing off reading and meditating
I did eat well and drank the 2ltrs but I wasnt coping as good as I could have
I got home took care of my children in between the little to do at work and the child care and house care I zoned out a lot and pushed off the meditation and reading.
I did the reading in bed fighting my eyes from shutting
I did do the 10 things to be be grateful for but not the meditation so I hoped the intuitive writing would be considerd enough ;)
so that was my day 2 yesterday
I write the day after because it is about making it through the whole day
I am learning about myself on this journey, now that I wake up early for all of this I know I need to do it all during the morning and day time.
Phone zoning is an addiction I just need to fill my time with better more fulfiling things...
My five rules for myself in this journey are are:
1. 30+ workout 4 days of strength and cardio alternating an one stretching /pilates day
2. Drink 2 ltrs of water
3. Do 10 minutes of guided meditation and saying 10+ things i am grateful for
4. Read 10 pages of non fiction
5. Eat One meal with carbs per day. Sugars and carbs in otherwise only on weekends and special outings.
