PPals, Tue, March 17th

Hello, lovelies, and Happy Tuesday! Hope this day finds you all well. I completed the High Intensity/Low Impact challenge on Sunday and I just got done with the first day of Abs 2, a classic Kelly HIIT&Core workout. Not much else to share unless I start complaining about work. To quote Tasha, "it sucketh" and I'll leave it at that.

I had posted this version of Mark Anthony's speech before but I'm bringing it back for the contrast with the Gen Z-ified version of it. I find it fascinating to see the ways in which language evolves (not commenting on whether it's a good or bad direction):

I'll try to balance it out with dogs next week. Hope everyone has a great day, feel free to rave or rant to your heart's content. Please also add any St Patrick's memes you want to share.
