Daily Check-in ANG: Tuesday, March 17th

Y’all! *Y’all*. I can’t even. This meme is me right now, fitness wise. I can’t seem to catch a break and build a booty worthy of a eulogy at my funeral. I thought I just had bad allergies with a dry cough, but then my hips and legs started aching. Granted, the ache could be a symptom of the anti-anxiety med withdrawal, but there’s been a virus going around and, quite frankly, I don’t have time for this! Just like you don’t have time to hear me whine, so how about a question?

Do you like/mind going to the dentist? I had to go yesterday, and as the hygienist scraped and sprayed I thought, “I really hate this. It’s so unpleasant.”

Okay, on to what we’re here for! If I feel up to it, I’ll try this optional workout with Brian. Or maybe a slow walk, or nothing at all.
