75 soft challenge- day 1 15/3/26

Hi everyone, how are you doing today?

I'm doing good tired but good :)

Just a heads up (Disclaimer): I usually don't write long connected paragraphs without pressing enter. That is because it seams to me easier to the eye of the reader. But it turns into big spaces so I apologize but I'll be writing long paragraphs in hope that that will be more pleasant.

So yesterday was my first day of 75 soft :) (my rules for my 75 soft journey are in the bottom)

5:15am I did 40 minute lower body strength (link is bellow) 5:50ish 10 minute body health meditation in hebrew that is all about actually being grateful for all that works in the body I can share the link if anyone is interested and I said thanked the creator for more than 10 things. I chose to have the carb of the day in the morning with protein. I drank 2.25ltrs of water and read 10 pages of a book about getting out of anxiety in hebrew called ההצגה הסתיימה the show (performance) is over.

So I was blessed to be able to achieve what I set out to do yesterday tG.

So grateful and happy and proud of myself 😊.

My five rules for myself in this journey are are: 1. 30+ workout 4 days of strength and cardio alternating an one stretching /pilates day

2. Drink 2 ltrs of water

3. Do10 minutes of guided meditation and saying 10+ things i am grateful for

4. Read 10 pages of non fiction

5. Eat One meal with carbs per day. Sugars and carbs in otherwise only on weekends and special outings.
