Hey all! I'm pregnant! For the first time! It's so exciting and I'm just crossing every finger.
I was curious what other mamas did for workouts. I don't see my OB for a few more weeks, which is KILLING ME because I have so many questions!
Of course I'm reading and internet searching and all that. My understanding is it's good to be active but it's not the time to push the limits.
I'm really nauseous and just trying to eat well and take walks right now. Any advice? Personal experiences? Thanks!!!
