Hello everyone, it’s me 👻ing this weekend. Getting back as soon as possible into my normal routine to beat the after effects of being away from home and travelling. Do you travel long distances? What are your ways of dealing with travel and being away from home?

Workout: restful day for me, weather is amazing, bright sunshine, so we might go for a seaswim. We will also go for a relaxing walk… What about your activities today, anything FB or are you freestyling it? Will it be a busy day for you?

Food: I bought spinach yesterday, so I’m hoping to make some spinach soup. It doesn’t have to be cold and horrible for it to be “soup weather”, right? Do you like soup with nice bread as a meal or is it only a starter for you?

Photo: when we were walking along the waterfalls of the creek in Kimberley this week, we spotted a balloon in the water. Can you spot it in the photo? We watched it for quite a while, getting stuck a couple of times, but constantly on the move! In replies a collage of three moments in its journey which gives some idea of its progress.
