Hi everyone,
I haven't been here for a few years I've used the workouts because they can't be beat.
Lately I've gotten to my rock bottom as of now
And thank G-d because rock bottom is either a place to dwell or a launching pad
For me it turned into a launching pad.
So I am gonna attempt a 75 soft challenge starting this Sunday
For believing in myself again and caring for myself without rebuke or overwork (aka punishment).
I am not comfortable sharing with friends and outer family so this place is such a comfort to me.
Thank you for being a such a nice understanding and warm community that one can feel they can come back to.💙💗
My 75 rules for myself are:
1. 30+ minutes cardio / strength alternating ×4 days 1 day 30+ stretching/pilates
2. 2 Ltrs of water (i don't drink water much so that is a good achievable goal
3.meditation 10+ minutes and talking and thanking G-d for 10 things at least(!)
4.read 10 pages of non fiction.
5. Sugar and alcohol if at all on weekends and occasions.
Would love it if you join with rules that suit you🤗
