Whhaaat? I just noticed on my login page: I signed up for FB in March of 2016, exactly 10 years ago! I am feeling a bit nostalgic...
It is crazy to me. So much has happened within those 10 years. I moved, changed jobs and apartments several times, had cancer, healed from it, never really FULLY healed from it. Lost loved ones. Went through depression and came out the other side.
Working out during all of this has, more often than not, been a struggle, not gonna lie. FB has been with me through all of it. Like a good friend, never judging, always encouraging and welcoming me back, even after long absences, no matter if I did one workout a month or 25.
You guys – and specifically you, Kelli – have changed my perspective on my body, on exercising and WHY you do it. The voices inside of me, how I talk to myself, have changed from being dismissive and critical to compassionate and loving (well, most of the time).
10 year FB anniversary!

I can't thank you enough for that.
Here's to another 10 years of FB!
