Hey there ladies,

I've got a busy morning ahead of me so I'm keeping this short today. Let's take a look at our ghosting schedule first though. Nicely filled already but there's still some weekends left, so if you want to give it a go, just let Coby or myself know and we'll fill you in.

Okay, workouts... Looks like this is turning into a Patrice week (apart from Brian's act rec yesterday) with some cardio and core conditioning. What's on your schedule for today?

And what's on your dinner calendar? If you're thinking we're having trout again, you'd be partially right. See I've been tricksy... I've bought myself 2 Thai salads, normally the second one would've been for lunch today while secretly hoping I could have it for dinner instead. So when hubs suggested he make 2 trout (one for him and one for Marie) so I could eat my Thai salad with leftover shrimp and gamba, my face showed 'une sourire de banane'. We'll give the other 2 trout to Marie for her freezer. Aint he the sweetest????😍
