HKS (Healthy, Kind Support) Accountability Group March 11th

Good Wednesday morning!

It is that time of year when the air quality is poor every day, waking up with goopy eyes, coughing, a scratchy throat, and sneezing.

This morning, I noticed a magnolia tree ready to burst. On Sunday, it did not look like that. Spring is moving fast over here.

I have a jam-packed day at work, and I need to leave early for my PT appointment. I am looking forward to learn some new exercises and maybe figuring out why my whole posterior chain is so tight despite regular stretching. The PT is next to my gym, so I will combine the two.

Lentil tacos for dinner, and then I will start on the last section of my puzzle - the water. It has taken far too long now, but I hope I can finish by the weekend.

I did some investigating about hypermobility and had to learn that I do have some hypermobility in my wrists, and there is lots of info about that making push-ups hard. It also explains why I find them easier when I hold on to weights as support. So, I guess that is a better way for me to try to improve my push-ups.

Over to you guys, what is going on? We are all welcome here!
