Refining my workout routine before heading into filming Day 23!

For those of you following along on our latest 30 Day program, how did we get to week 4 already?!

If you’ve made it this far, you should know that you’re in a small percentage of people who make it this far — that’s a huge win. I know there have likely been some days you didn’t want to show up, but still did, and you should be proud of yourself for following through!

As we round out the end of this program, my encouragement to you is to finish this program on a high note. 

Give the best effort you have so far. Move up in weight just a little bit. Go a little harder on those HIIT intervals. Sink a little deeper into your mobility. Deal?

Now I'm curious, do you also need a minimum of 2 beverages at your workstation, like me? 😬
