New FREE Workout! Quick Lower Body Tabata HIIT

Hey FB Fam! I'm fueling up after filming this new FREE level 5 HIIT for you.

This Bodyweight HIIT is a spicy one coming in at under 20 minutes and bringing a full level 5 experience.

Lower Body Bodyweight HIIT

What makes this one a level 5 difficulty? 2 words: Tabata and High-Impact.

We’re pairing high-intensity, 20-second bursts with dynamic jumping movements (modifications offered where needed). Plus, rest is minimal at only 10 seconds between exercises.

As usual, you have full control over what level this feels like. To push this into level 5 territory I recommend working at a perceived effort of 8-9 (out of 10) for the working intervals. If you were talking (or cursing) back to me through the screen, you’d be able to say a few words, but not speak clear sentences. 

Don’t worry, if that’s not your speed today, you can totally get a great aerobic cardio workout by working at more of a level 6-7 out of 10.

I haven’t filmed a level 5 in a while and the only reason I can speak in clear(ish) sentences is because I’m working a bit below my threshold — I’m there to push you! 😉
