This 21-minute feel-good routine starts with a low-impact total body cardio segment to get your heart rate up and your body (really!) warm, then we shift into weighted standing core work to build strength, stability, and a strong mind-muscle connection. I love that we see a great mix of movement and control in this one. It's designed to leave you feeling energized from the cardio and really connected through your core by the end.
With a warm up and cool down on each end, our cardio and weighted standing core segments are equal in length. All you need is a mat and a range of weights, but you can absolutely start the core section without weights to dial in form first. I highly encourage this, especially if you are at all new to weighted standing core work! Intensity is easy to adjust through speed, range of motion, and weight selections - just focus on staying controlled and engaged throughout.
How is the program going for you all so far? Can't wait to see you this one last time in the program!
