Today’s workout is a quick, straightforward bodyweight HIIT session requiring zero equipment or complicated moves, just effective intervals designed to get your heart rate up and keep you moving.

Straightforward Bodyweight HIIT with High & Low Impact Options

This is one of those workouts where the simplicity really works in your favor. You’ll see familiar exercises, which means you can focus less on learning and more on effort. Push the pace when you can, and don’t hesitate to take the low-impact options if that’s what your body needs today (I know I did!)

Remember, consistency matters more than intensity alone. Showing up and putting in the work (even for 25 minutes) can add up in a big way over time.
