Today's release: Lower Body Strength Circuits with Tempo Training and Pulses

As we roll into week 2, I want you to keep something in mind…

Progress isn’t always perfectly linear. Sometimes this might look like feeling really darn strong at Goblet Squats one week, and the next week you need to drop weight down a little. This doesn’t mean there’s anything wrong. Most of the time it’s just different variables at play — sleep, stress, nutrition, differing workout formats — all challenge the body.

The best thing you can do to keep moving forward? Fine tune that relationship with your body. Learn when you can push it and when you might be getting signs to pull back. This, of course, comes with time. But, I want you to keep this mind/body connection top of mind as you go about your workouts for the week. See where you might need to listen and tweak things to tailor it to your energy level and bandwidth (whether that means pulling back or pushing harder).
