New FREE Quick Upper Body Strength with Tempo Work Workout!

Good morning FB Family!

Today’s workout release is a short, but effective upper body strength routine with sprinkles of tempo work:

Quick Upper Body Strength Circuits with Tempo Work

The exercises in this 20-minute routine are straightforward and simple but remember that simple doesn’t necessarily mean easy! Each 4-exercise circuit contains two exercises with a slower pacing framework to give you a taste of tempo training. Tempo training is a principle of progressive overload that allows you to slow the cadence of your reps to build strength through muscle time under tension.

This workout is perfect for those “short-on-time” days or as a great add-on to a run. I filmed this workout after a morning run and felt super accomplished, challenged, and rejuvenated. That’s a lot of adjectives, but it’s true.
