Good morning FB Family!
You kicked off the start of week #1 of FB Simply Strong 30 Day Team Program with Brian’s lower body strength workout and today you get to turn up the cardio intensity with a short HIIT routine with me:
This HIIT routine (high intensity interval training) contains straightforward, easily modifiable moves so that you can increase or decrease the difficulty of the workout to meet your current training goals and needs. This theme of scalability is woven throughout the FB Simply Strong program so that you can have some input in your daily training efforts. As trainers, we’re providing you with the structure, formatting, and exercises but you still get to determine your workout’s intention for the day. Having some internal guidance for your training is an amazing confidence booster!
You’re receiving help from experienced trainers but still have a say in how you move your body – that investment in self is huge! Take this first week of the program to set the tone for your upcoming weeks of training by considering your training goals and how you want to mentally, physical, and even socially approach your workouts (I love seeing all the virtual accountability buddies in the FB Community!).

Day 2: FB Simply Strong: Bodyweight HIIT
This HIIT routine (high intensity interval training) contains straightforward, easily modifiable moves so that you can increase or decrease the difficulty of the workout to meet your current training goals and needs.
