FB Simply Strong- Week 1 is here!

Hey, FB Family!

Day 1 is here, and I could not be more excited to kick this off with you all. FB Simply Strong 30 Day Team Program starts today, and we are opening with leg-and-glute strength circuits. Quads, glutes, and hamstrings all get their moment in this workout.

Day 1: Legs and Glutes Strength Circuits

Let me set the tone for Week 1 right now. Simple. Not necessarily easy. That is the whole idea behind how this program is built. The movements are straightforward, the format is approachable, and the goal today is to finish Day 1 feeling strong, not barely survive it. We are building something here, and Week 1 is where the foundation gets laid. Show up, do the work, and let the program do the rest.

Here's a look at your training in Week 1 - the progressive overload focus this week is circuit training:

A solid week. Every day has a purpose, and every workout builds off the last.

Now, about today, three circuits, each with one job. Quads first, while your legs are fresh, glutes in the middle, where the real work happens, and hamstrings to close it out. The reason each focus area gets its own block is simple. When your lower-body work is scattered all over the place, it is hard to know what you are actually training. This way, you always know what is working and why.

Short on time? An 18-minute companion version of today's workout is also available. Same focus, same format, perfect for a busy day.

Oh, and one more thing. I tore my sock mid-workout filming this one. Did I stop? No. Did I think about it? Maybe for a second. But that right there is the energy we are bringing to Week 1. Things happen, you keep going.
