Perspiration Pals Sunday March 8, 2026😂⏰️🕰🐈⬛️🐈🥱☕️🏀🍪
Happy Sunday Ppals!
I am not looking forward to springing ahead since I am teaching children tomorrow morning at church.
Cinnamon and Nellie will be fine as I am not changing the settings on their auto-feeder. It will go back to the times I set before the time change last fall. It works out better for me, as the first meal will be at 8 am tomorrow. Yes it is an auto-feeder but while Cinnamon runs towards it Nellie likes me to bring her bowl to her. They will have to adjust to me serving their evening meal of canned food a little earlier.
Now that the days are getting longer and even more so with the time change I am trying to get back to my habit of going for a short walk most evenings.
I also need to get back to my habit of strength training. I have been doing mobility. This one by Erica has been my go to lately as it is such a goodie as Kayla says in her video. I have also been doing Kayla's mobility workouts.
For those of us losing an hour tonight I hope we are all not too sleepy this coming week.
I will leave you with a rhetorical question: if we know through many studies that changing time twice a year is not good for our health why hasn't the powers that be done something about it?
PS I realize that the meme is more appropriate for fall back rather than spring ahead but you get the idea. Or maybe it doesn't quite make sense I am sure my cats would not object to getting fed an hour earlier the first day of daylight savings time.
