Activity? Strength for me and walking if weather is good!!

Eating? Of course ! What? Ground chicken.

Sleep? I hope so. Having major issues lately.

Weather report: Storms and tornado sirens all evening last night. Sometimes they get a little siren happy here in tornado alley. I guess better safe than sorry, but if you’re watching the weather radar (either on tv or a weather app), you know where you live in relation to where the storms are and you can see which way they’re going, you’ll know wether you’re in the path or not. Now the big question is if I was in the path of a tornado would I know where in my house I’d hunker down…maybe? In my previous house we had a storm shelter…here , I guess I just go to small room in the center of the house, away from windows and cross my fingers! You de also supposed to wear long pants, long sleeve and shoes I guess in case your house is damaged…so you don’t get cuts and scrapes and you can walk if there’s broken glass, nails, limbs down etc. Gotta love springtime in Oklahoma!
