New Workout! Upper Body Strength Set Strength Flow

So today's workout will be the perfect companion to my recent leg dropset session, but this time we’re focusing entirely on upper-body strength. I like to think of this as the “brother” workout to that leg day. We’re keeping things clean and simple with descending sets for every movement: heavy to moderate to light, helping you build strength while keeping transitions smooth and easy to follow.
We'll work through chest, back, shoulders, biceps, and triceps with intentional movement patterns that feel strong and controlled. The lighter, higher-rep finishers bring a great burn without overwhelming your form, making this a super accessible strength day.
For the heavy sets, aim to challenge yourself. By the 6th–8th rep, you should feel close to your limit with that weight. If completing another rep with clean form would be difficult, you’re right where you should be.
