Sometimes "How are you" is a dreadful question, so I'll skip that part and just say I hope you are as well as you are able to be. Special shoutout to our favourite Knight in Orange, Sir Galahad.
Long weekend here seeing as Monday is Labour Day, which, ironically, none of the places I work for or study at observe. Regardless, my body is talking to me (yelling at me) loud and clear: either I take a break or it takes one for me. Actually things have probably already gone over the line.
Lower body strength training for me, if and when I get some energy. Might have to wait a day or two. The upper body workout the other day went well, and I'm excited to be able to do this kind of workout again. Food will be...something. Looks like I forgot to plan ahead, and tum tum isn't having it this week.
