HKS (Healthy, Kind Support) Accountability Group March 5th

Hello, lovelies, and Happy Thursday. Hope everyone's doing well. I'm a bit tired because this week ended up being filled with social activities and there's more to come but the weather is nice for now so I'm trying to take energy from the sun.

Today I have a ladies lunch at work which I'm not looking forward to at all. I can only roll my eyes so much at corporate pretending like they care about women, or indeed people at all. The plan is to order something expensive and not say much of anything. Then in the evening I'm finally meeting some friends who I've been trying to see since before Christmas. Fingers crossed it doesn't get cancelled again because a kid got sick.

I started Tasha's High intensity/Low impact challenge and so far it's manageable. Yesterday was a total body strength day and today a quick low impact HIIT workout. Tomorrow is an active recovery day which is good because I need to find time to bake for the next social outing. I've been trying to find an opportunity to make some sticky toffee pudding since before Christmas and I'm dead set on making it tomorrow. I'll be skipping going into the office, naturally.
