I cannot express how much I love this sequence of stretches! The first time I did the video, I discovered that my masseters were incredibly tight. I knew that my neck often felt stiff but I hadn't even realised that I was clenching my jaw. Since then, I aim to do the video a couple of times per week as a preventative measure. When I do this, I get fewer migraines overall.
Of course, migraines (and headaches) are multifactorial conditions and everyone's triggers are different. But I suspect that muscle tension in the neck and upper back is a common issue for many of us. There are more excellent videos on FB targeting these areas but this one includes some unusual movements, which I think is part of what makes it so thorough and effective (for me). I thought it's a great opportunity to share my experience with these stretches during free week so more people can check it out and see if it helps :)
Gratitude to Kelli and Kayla for creating the video! To all my fellow migraineurs, may you find what eases your pain 💙
Sharing a stretching video that has helped me with migraines/headaches
Hi everyone,
I tend to experience migraines and I want to share a stretching video that has made a noticeable difference for me in managing them:
