Hey there, Blenderoos, and welcome to Wednesday’s check-in.
I’ve got an NSV to share with you: I actually walked for 30 minutes yesterday! My walks have suffered since the new semester started in January, and yesterday I made it happen in three ten-minute increments spread out over the day. I’m hoping to keep doing that!
Do you have any victories to share? They don’t even have to be fitness related!
But let’s segue into fitness anyway. What’s on your FB Dashboard today? Or maybe you can’t be bothered with a dashboard because you’re zipping down the ski slopes or chasing grandkids? I’ve got my mid-week rest day.
After several warm days in a row, today is supposed to be slightly cooler, so I think I can get away with Italian sausage soup for my guys, vegan leftovers for me. What’s on the menu at your place today?
