It’s been a minute since I posted here but wanted to ask for some sage advice.
Over the past 12 weeks, I have gotten into the best shape of my life. Dialed in on my diet and been on point with FB exercise. I feel great and love the way my body looks! The problem is, I just accepted a new job that requires a lot of travel (5 days per week, 2-3 weeks per month). I am super excited and about the job and getting to go to fun places, but I am terrified of sacrificing my health and fitness because of travel stress and eating out constantly. I would like to think I would be able to keep up with my routine, but the reality of travel is that you never know how it’s going to affect you until you are in that situation.
Any tips for staying healthy and maintaining a good routine while traveling ?
