Hi! I kicked my foot yesterday and I'm resting it but want some toe injury friendly workouts I can start back with on Monday. (It's Saturday here in Aus). I don't want to just not work out but I can't bend my toes so lunges are out and regular walking isn't working so well either.
It's badly bruised but I have been just getting back into workouts after a busy season with minimal exercise so I want to keep the momentum going without compromising my healing.
Any workout ideas or modifications I can do would be much appreciated!! Thanks!
