Let me first draw your attention to my magnolia's, aren those flowers just the max??!! I know you're probably tired of me posting pics of them but I simply love them, besides it's the last time I'll see them in bloom so suck it up buttercups! I'll even be more annoying and post another pic in the comments of the whole tree!😆
With that out of the way, let's talk movement. I know Lea's traveling so her workouts will likely be getting a million steps in a day, but what are the rest of you doing?
My workout was - and I'm gonna use Karen's grandson's expression here - Holy Moly Cow, a 72 min workout with Tasha, and it had my most favorite exercise in it: Z-presses. I had to wait an hour to be able to type this check-in, every limb was literally shaking. I kid you not! But I absofrigginlutely loved it!
And another Holy Moly Cow here but I know what we're having for dinner tonight yet again. Aint I grand??!! We'll have chicken with peas and carrots and baked potatoes. There, what do you say to that huh? Try to match that one!😜
Okay, I've got most thing covered methinks. Now, remember that smooching? Well I've got good and bad news, the good would be that normally after my week of hosting I'd tell you that you have someone else to look forward to for the weekend ghosting. Unfortunately - and that's the bad news - you'll be stuck with me for another two days. I know, I know, your weekend is ruined now but hey, I'm not that bad right? RIGHT????!!!! Nod yes!!! Just joking.
Anyhoo, thanks already for sticking with me through this week and I'll see you peeps later and/or tomorrow.
