HKS (Healthy, Kind Support) Accountability Group February 26th
Hello, blenderz, and Happy Thursday. How is everyone doing? I'm nearly done with Abs whichever edition I'm doing. For the next two weeks, I have ambitiously scheduled Tasha's High intensity/Low impact challenge. We'll see how I feel about it on Monday.
Also, I'm trying to figure out meal times now that I'm back in the office. I'm used to skipping breakfast but taking lunch into the office takes more planning than throwing something into the air fryer or pan once the clock hits noon. I'm trying to get used to eating before leaving home and skipping lunch instead. It's going ok. I have fruit and nuts to snack on if I get peckish during the day but I haven't really been all that hungry. I rarely feel hungry enough to eat three meals in a day and I really want to be able to eat a meal with husband so dinner is non negotiable.
Speaking of my husband and dinner, my mother in law is coming to visit today so that'll be my evening. She's very nice but I find her insistence on refusing to express any preferences so as to not be a bother to be quite bothersome, ironically enough. Does this resonate with anyone else? We were trying to make dinner plans and after a lot of nudging about what she'd like and a lot of "whatever you like is fine" she finally told us she doesn't eat dinner. Well, say that then? Adrian is taking her out to lunch at the nice place and we'll whip up something quick for us this evening or go somewhere more casual if we don't want to stay in.
Ok, enough rambling. Hope you all have a fantastic day!
