HKS (Healthy, Kind Support) Accountability Group February 25th
Hello FB friends!
I’m starting the thread today for Ashley who is on vacation this week. Hope she’s having lots of fun.
Is it starting to look like spring in your area of the world, or fall? If so, I must admit to being a little bit jealous. It’s very cold and snowing hard again this morning, what a winter. It’s hard to believe that spring and flowers will come again but they will. Very much looking forward to seeing some green again and getting outside.
What are you up to today? Working for the man? Working out? Playing the part of the princess and the pea?
I slept pretty badly last night, lots of vivid and strange dreams interspersed with lying awake or getting up to go to the bathroom. And my body is literally vibrating with pain this morning. So will spend time trying to calm that down before heading to an appointment then some errands. I’ll then sneak my online yoga in this afternoon. I would also like to do a short walking workout sometime but we’ll see how the day goes. Dinner will be a roast with roast potatoes and veggies.
Whatever you get up to today, hope you find a bit of happiness along the way.
