Pivot Lunges to Opposite Knee Drives

Hello Trainers,

I have been noticing a lot of pivot lunges -> opposite knee drives in the videos as of late.

While I welcome new exercises, I am unsure about form on this one.

This move has been done fast, slow, and in between, and I am still getting twisted up. Maybe my brain cannot compute? 🤷‍♀️ I end up doing lunges and knee drives on the same leg, then switch.

Any suggestions?
