This workout is a quick yet effective blend of strength and cardio exercises designed to build muscle endurance, strength, control, and cardiovascular capacity. You’ll move through two simple circuits that consist of both controlled strength work and more energetic cardio efforts, helping you push your endurance while still feeling steady and composed.
The workout includes a 3-minute warm up, two circuits of 3 exercises each, which are completed twice (12.5 minutes), and a 3-minute cool down. All you need is a mat and a range of light to heavy weights. It’s rated a 3 in difficulty (or closer to a 4 if you really lean into the cardio and push it with the weights), but you can always adjust intensity by choosing lighter weights and slowing the pace.
All it took was 2 intensive cardio exercises to really drive up the spice on this routine, I loved how fast that hard work set in 🔥 Are you currently enjoying shorter, longer, or a blend of the two when it comes to your workouts these days?
