HKS (Healthy, Kind Support) Accountability Group February 24th

Good early Tuesday morning! Posting this at 3am, because my brain went into overdrive after I woke up.

Daytime temperatures have been very comfortable for the past few days, but today, the brutal cold returns. The type of cold weather where you just want to stay warm inside under a blanket. But it will thankfully be only for a day. I will just have to dress warmer to go for a walk after work. At least we avoided the huge snowstorm that hit some of the USA yesterday. If anyone is from that area, I hope you are safe and did not lose power.

I have 3 workouts left to complete the You Against You challenge. The goal is to finish it by Friday, which is doable, if I stop making excuses and talking myself out of working out. After an intense and long day of catching up on emails at work, this should be a normal work day and I should be able to exercise before lunch. I found out that I won our company’s Health Hub February challenge. Don’t know if I’ll take part in the March challenge yet, which will focus on macro nutrients.

Supper will be a frittata with rice, so that we can use up a bunch of veggies that we have in the fridge. What’s on the menu for you today?
