Poof, another weekend gone. I hope you're all ready for another week with me after spending a lovely weekend in the company of our nature volunteering, tree loving Lea. Thanks Lea, your pics were gorgeous again, especially that birdie resembling tree.
You know, I'm feeling a bit sad today, and no Coby, not because we're not having trout today😜, but because I see our group here is getting smaller. There's only a few of us left and it makes me... I don't know... I get that people don't want to be on social media too much, but we're good friends right? We bonded here through our love for sports, our support for one another, we share laughter, sadness, happiness, crappiness... isn't that worth 15 mins our your time? Then again, life just happens too and I guess sometimes people just need a break. I'm sorry, just ignore me, I just had to whine a little.
Let's get to what you're actually here for.... moi! No just kidding, of course it's workouts. How's that looking for you? I'm freestyling a bit and I was in the mood for some unilateral work. So after checking the FB library I found a gem with Patrice which has gone straight to my favorites.
A 50 min WO sure made me hungry, and being hungry also makes me think about dinner. I know it'll be something with leftover mash but that's about as far as I got with food planning. So any and all ideas are welcome!
