Sunday 22-2-26 👻ANG

Hey again you lovely people, welcome to my Sunday morning. I guess yours might be nighttime or noon or an hour ahead of me. Anyway, I think yesterday I got you all to think about my photo 🙃! That was the idea anyway. Today’s photo was also on the island where I walked past this beauty the whole time seeing a bird with a crest. No idea what bird, but another volunteer who is a ranger, told me what it was. And when I put the two together (see photo in replies) I was like: WOW!

Business though: your workout! I’m resting today. Other than my morning Qigong and “stiff old lady” exercises, I’m not doing anything really active anymore. Lots of lovely hard work yesterday so my body is telling me to take it easy today! With sawing lots of branches and dragging them to a trailer, my shoulders and back are not happy… even my hands are sore; is your body talking to you today? Are you listening? Of course you are, you are a Fitnessblender! Although I know some of us (including ME) still find it hard to listen to our bodies. Is anyone starting a new programme tomorrow? I’d love to hear.

Food: 8 o’clock in the morning and I know what happening foodwise, WOW, right? We have a friend coming over for board games, but neither hubs nor me felt like cooking. Hence a chicken sateh from the “homemade” frozen food shop. With sticky rice. And for dessert we have chocolate caramel meringue… yup and wine, so I’m looking forward to that! Are you looking forward to your food? Will you be making it? And what is more important: what is it?!
