HKS (Healthy, Kind Support) Accountability Group February 21st
Good Saturday morning! The next-to-last Saturday of February and the next-to-last day of the Olympics (and my vacation). Lots of events that I want to watch today. Thank goodness for on-demande coverage from CBC.
It’s still very much winter here, as it’s currently 19°C/-2.2°F with the windchill factor. Loki did not want to walk this morning, so we’ll have to try a bit later today. Wish we could just stay warm inside, but we have to go grocery shopping and run a couple of errands this morning.
The past couple of days have been a real struggle for me mentally, with lots of negative thoughts about my body, so I will try to get past that today. My facial eczema flaring up is not helping matters, but that’s life.
