Hey there lovelies, how’s it going? Quick checkin from me: I am off for another nature nature conservation volunteering day. It feels like I wrote this same text before… I probably did! A month ago I was 👻ing when I was also on my way to the same (favourite) place! Anyway, what’s your activity today? “Something old, something new, something borrowed, something blue”, oh no, you can’t have that here, it’s for a wedding day🤭🙃😊. Maybe you can do an old and a new workout in some blue leggings or top you borrowed from someone?!?! My work trousers are greyish blue and old… I will borrow gloves there and I’m being driven by a friend which is new, does that count? Let’s hear it from you though. How is your workout day planned?

Food: no idea, I’m cooking, but hey, at 8 in the morning nobody plans their evening meal, right?! Maybe I can copy your idea, so 🙏 🙏 🙏 suggest, describe or better still send me some food!
