Hello FM family. I have what is called Sjogren's disease, gastro gastroparesis and small nerve fiber neuropathy. The gastroparesis causes weight loss,do to not feeling hunger. sever weight loss in me. Eating has been very hard for me. When you don't feel hungry it's hard to eat. I have been drinking V8 juice for veggies, since we have to watch fiber intake most veggies, cereal are not allowed. Protein has been very hard for me and Ive tried those protein shakes and to me they are disgusting. You can taste the protein in them and I can't drink those. But in GP group someone suggested a shake that literally tastes like choc/strawberry or vanilla without the nasty in it. I drink fairlife milk I purchased one chocolate fairlife bottle and boy I was surprised that there was no nasty flavor and was the same consistency of choc fairlife milk. And has 26 g of protein per bottle,which is 1 bottle . I really like this and thought I would share it for anyone who may need it.
