Happy Friday! It’s been a great week, but I am quite ready for it to be the weekend!

But first, workouts! I’ve got some lower body hip mobility today.

The weather is still cold and nasty, so a walk on the walking pad is in order. How will you be moving your body today?

We’ve gotta refuel. I’m making pizza for my guys, and I’ve got some vegan leftovers to eat up, so I’m going to skip making a pizza for myself (gasp!). What are you eating today? Inge, my guess is you’re having grout again? 😂 Gotta empty out your freezer before you move!
