Yay my first post! So glad we have this community.
I've been getting back into my workouts after a long overseas holiday and loving it, however, I'm really struggling with nutrition. Everywhere I read/everyone I talk to seems to think that calorie counting is the key to fat loss (my main goal, want to lose 5-10kg). However I struggle both with the practicalities of it - i.e. estimating when eating out, weighing every single thing, and sticking to both my calories and counting them consistently. I feel as if I don't count my calories, even when eating "well" I seem to go over the amount required for a deficit :/
Anyone else have this problem? Any tips?
